We're parents too — we know how hard it is to let go of a toy that's been loved to bits, and how wasteful it feels to just bin it. Send yours back to us instead: we'll clean it up ourselves, and where we can, pass it on to a child who could use a cuddle.

• 2 Pop your Sootheroo in a satchel or box — loved-to-bits condition is totally fine.
• 3 We clean, check, and refurbish it by hand, then find it a new home where we can.
