Order accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all details provided during checkout (including delivery address and contact information) are accurate.
Order cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Refunds on cancellation: If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued promptly via your original payment method.
Pricing: Prices are accurate at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice.
Payment processing: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All transactions are securely processed via Stripe checkout. We do not store your credit card details.
Safety is paramount. All Sootheroo plush toys are certified for ages 12 months and older and comply with the following international toy safety standards:
Note: while our products pass rigorous seam and torque testing, children should always be supervised during play consistent with standard toy safety practices.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the ACL.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except as set out under Section 6 (Your Consumer Guarantees), Sootheroo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or the purchase and use of our products.
All character designs, plush patterns, brand names, artwork, photography, website copy, and logos are the exclusive intellectual property of Sootheroo. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from this site without our express prior written permission.
