We dispatch all orders directly from Melbourne, Victoria using Australia Post.
Need your order fast? Metro Melbourne deliveries typically arrive at the shorter end of these timeframes once handed to the carrier.
We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand ($19.95 flat rate standard shipping). International delivery times vary between 7-14 business days depending on local postal services. Customs fees or import taxes applicable in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
We want you and your little ones to love your Sootheroo. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided:
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind items. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
If your Sootheroo arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, we will make it right immediately with a replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
