When you shop with Sootheroo, we collect the personal information needed to process your order: name, email, delivery address, and payment confirmation (we never see or store your full card details — that's handled directly by Stripe).
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Sootheroo does not store your card number, expiry, or CVC at any point.
Order and inventory data is stored with Supabase (database hosting) and Stripe (payments). Both maintain their own security and compliance standards.
